THE PROJECT.

INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTING FOR A NEWLY BUILT PENTHOUSE WITH A VIEW OF LAKE MAGGIORE

The project stems from a collaboration with the real estate developer to assist buyers in customizing their interiors. This consulting service provides support for both the end customer and the developer, streamlining the decision-making process and ensuring design consistency.

The project focused specifically on the kitchen design, the layout of the bathrooms, and the selection of all finishes, from flooring to wall surfaces.

The interiors are characterized by a contemporary, minimalist design, enhanced by a neutral color palette, natural materials, and large windows that amplify the light and the connection to the landscape. Herringbone parquet adds warmth to the living areas, while in the bathrooms, textured finishes, mosaics, and decorative tiles introduce more sophisticated accents.
