A BETON CASING
This newly built villa overlooks the shores of Lake Neuchâtel and adopts a minimalist architectural style of exposed concrete for a clean, contemporary feel. The interior enhances the brightness and openness of the spaces, highlighting the materiality of the concrete that covers walls and floors in a visual continuum.
In the center, the kitchen and large dining table in honey oak create a warm contrast to the rough surfaces, while a lowered ceiling with indirect lighting along the perimeter edges envelops the rooms in soft light. A plant wall separates the entry from the living room, and an alcove bookcase displays artwork, adding personality and sophistication to the home.
