A TRIBUTE TO SWISS CULINARY AND CULTURAL TRADITION
Frau Helvetia is more than just a Take Away: it is a tribute to Swiss culinary and cultural traditions in the heart of Zurich's central station. The menu, which changes monthly, celebrates regional specialties, guiding customers on a journey through the Alps and lakes thanks to a stylized map placed behind the hot beverage area.
The atmosphere is reminiscent of an abstract alpine landscape, with walls as blue as the mountain sky, red accents inspired by the Swiss flag, and rustic chalkboards reminiscent of trail markings.
Materials such as antiqued brass, unfinished wood, and majolica-inspired decorations evoke the kitchens of yesteryear, reinterpreted in a contemporary key, creating a warm, authentic, and unique space.
