CULINARY VARIETY GOES HAND IN HAND WITH UNIQUE DESIGN
The Rotonda Restaurant in Gordola is a place where culinary variety is combined with a unique design designed to satisfy every taste.
The color blue becomes the common thread running through all rooms, from decorative details to functional elements, harmoniously uniting the terrace, the main hall, and the spaces dedicated to sushi and teppanyaki.
The Teppanyaki Island is the centerpiece of the restaurant, an attraction visible from every angle. Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, it is distinguished by its iconic décor: a shimmering cascade of anodized aluminum chains in shades of blue that elegantly catch and reflect light.
The Sushi kitchen, on the other hand, is a visual and gastronomic experience: completely exposed, it is framed by a striking mural depicting Carpe Koi, a symbol of harmony and strength.
The spacious terrace also echoes the color theme of blue. Fabric vases not only decorate, but also subdivide the space, creating more intimate and collected areas, ideal for enjoying excellent meals in company, immersed in a cozy and refined atmosphere.
