CELEBRATING WELLNESS THROUGH TO A GREEN & HEALTHY STYLE
The Migros Gruyère restaurant was created to celebrate wellness through fresh, natural and freshly prepared dishes. This philosophy translates into a design that combines authentic materials and muted colors, resulting in a welcoming and relaxing environment.
The concept harmoniously integrates the Free Flow and Take Away areas, designed to work in synergy: during off-peak hours, Take Away becomes the protagonist with a selected offering, optimizing costs and resources without sacrificing service quality.
The hall welcomes a diverse audience, offering differentiated areas for relaxation, socializing or more reserved moments. A functional and refined design, capable of combining practicality and style in a gastronomic experience that leaves its mark.
