MIGROS RESTAURANT,
LIMMATPLATZ

The aim of this intervention is to give a new face to the Take Away space and dining room of the Migros Limmatplatz restaurant, built in 2009.

The brown front of the bar and Take Away has been replaced by oak wooden cubes in different depths that give a three-dimensional sense to the infrastructure.

The hall space towards Limatstrasse is  double height and fully glazed. Hence the design idea of bringing the outside to the inside.

A pergola with climbing plants hosts a convivial table bordered by pots, to create more privacy. A red accent, complementary to the green of the personalized wallpaper, is given by the two-seater tables designed for outdoors. Their minimal design and color attracts the customer's interest, making this restaurant space the most coveted.
