The concept of the new Migros Gruyère restaurant focuses on healthy, natural and freshly prepared food. The design reflects these values in the choice of natural materials and soft but strong-impact colors.

Free Flow and Take Away are designed to work in symbiosis. During weak hours, the Take Away will be able to accommodate the restaurant's assortment in a reduced way, giving the opportunity to also contain personnel costs.

The room is divided into different spaces with different characteristics, in order to satisfy different target customers.
